Abstract Submission Guidelines – Nursing Education Conference 2026
Submission Process
- Deadline: Submit your abstract either as an email attachment or through the abstract submission portal on the official Nursing Education Conference 2026 website before the stated deadline.
- Language & Clarity: Use clear American English. Focus on presenting your ideas in a simple, structured, and understandable manner.
Required Information
- Author Details: Provide the full name, email address, institutional affiliation, short biography, and a recent photograph of the submitting author.
- Abstract Title: Choose a concise and descriptive title that clearly reflects your work.
- Presentation Type: Indicate your preference for an oral or poster presentation.
- Scientific Session: Specify the most relevant session or track for your submission.
General Submission Guidelines
- No Submission Limit: Multiple abstracts may be submitted, provided each meets the required criteria.
- Original Content Only: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Single Entry: Each abstract should be submitted only once. Duplicate submissions will not be considered.
Review Process
- All abstracts will be evaluated by an internal panel of experts.
- Evaluation is based on quality, relevance, and originality.
- Authors will receive notification of acceptance or rejection within 2 days of submission.
Speaker Guidelines
General Instructions
- Attend the full session to stay updated with any schedule changes
- Each speaker will have 20 minutes (including Q&A); please adhere strictly to the time limit
- All presentations must be delivered in English
Presentation Requirements
- Prepare slides in PPT or PDF format with a clear, engaging design.
- Submit your presentation 15 days prior for review.
- Bring a backup copy on a flash drive.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster Specifications
- Dimensions: Posters must measure 1 meter × 1 meter
- Preparation: Posters should be printed before arrival; on-site printing will not be available
- Design: Ensure content is clear, visually effective, and logically structured
Setup Instructions
- Install your poster at least 1 hour before the session begins
- Remain near your poster during the session for discussion and interaction
- Remove your poster after the session; uncollected posters will not be stored
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
- Present from your location using a device with a stable internet connection
- A unique user ID will be shared a few days before the session
- Join 20–30 minutes early to resolve technical issues
- Each presentation will last 20 minutes, including Q&A
- Keep your final slides ready; a pre-recorded version may be submitted at least 10 days in advance if needed
- Ensure all technical aspects (audio, video, internet) are tested beforehand
Certification
- All registered participants will receive a certificate with their name and affiliation.
- In-person participants will receive certificates at the end of the session
- Virtual participants will receive certificates via email within 2–3 working days
Note: Unregistered co-authors are not eligible for certificates.

Presentations will be evaluated based on:

- Visual Aids: Professional and engaging presentation design
- Time Management: Adherence to the allotted time
- Communication Skills: Clear delivery and audience interaction
